5 people: $120/night, $750/weekly, $1850/monthly;
6 people: $130/nightly, $800 weekly, $1950/monthly;
each additional person, $10/night, up to 10 people max.
Reservations require a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days before arrival
$50 non-refundable cleaning fee, for guests 1-4
$75 non-refundable cleaning fee, for guests 5-6
11.41% Hawaii tax will be added to all reservations
